Good day Mr. Waheed,

In my case, I ordered a replacement of my car plate (1 pair) thru Absher but unfortunately I received a message from Absher this morning of April 8, 2024 and in the message mentioning the plate number which is not the same as my previous plate number. Any suggestion(s) on how I can resolve my issue. Thank you and hoping to get a help to avoid additional payment.

I have bank car form snb bank , car had accident which is repaired but number plate is damaged I booked appointment and paid 100 riyal for 1 plate only but maroor branch north said go to the bank its lease car.

I went to the bank, and they issued a letter to Maroor, but Maroor told me to go to the bank and follow the proper procedure.

I want to process the request of changing number plate due to damage via absher, however when selecting new request, i am getting error of ” Customer address information is missing. To update, please visit the page “Update User Information”.
I am getting this error from last 3 days where i i already have registered address in SPL and absher.
Need to know, is it system error or am i missing something in the process.

I received after complaint register you will receive call from Police Station which I register , As of now I haven’t received any call. I am also going to police station police officer check me report status but he’s say me I don’t find your report go back home also am going to 4 days but he’s say me not show our system how the process my report in police station pls help me sir

Hi Ahthar,

Am Mohan last 2 Week before , I lost my Car Number Plate While driving and after I register Complaint in Absher for the Lost Plate. I received after complaint register you will receive call from Police Station which I register , As of now I haven’t received any call. Yesterday I seen Absher online Complaint it shows this Service is not available try after Sometime it display in Absher.
After 4 days I Found my lost plate near the area Which I travelled. I have Some Query below :
1. Still the Complaint is Valid ?
2.Can I Apply for new Plate which i found Dent plate of my car?

I have paid sr 100 through banking app. Now when I apply for replacement of my one plate on absher, it asks me to pay sr 143 more for service and delivery charges. I don’t want delivery services as the muroor office is very near to me and I can collect myself. How can I move forward without paying additional sr 143?
