I am getting this error from last 3 days where i i already have registered address in SPL and absher.
Need to know, is it system error or am i missing something in the process.

Am Mohan last 2 Week before , I lost my Car Number Plate While driving and after I register Complaint in Absher for the Lost Plate. I received after complaint register you will receive call from Police Station which I register , As of now I haven’t received any call. Yesterday I seen Absher online Complaint it shows this Service is not available try after Sometime it display in Absher.
After 4 days I Found my lost plate near the area Which I travelled. I have Some Query below :
1. Still the Complaint is Valid ?
2.Can I Apply for new Plate which i found Dent plate of my car?

I don’t want delivery services as the muroor office is very near to me and I can collect myself. How can I move forward without paying additional sr 143?

Is there any way to avoid SR 143? Without this additional payment Im unable to submit my request via absher and Muroor dont want to accept my application via old method. Any idea if we can avoid SR 143?
