The vehicle registration is also called Istimara. The penalty for an expired driving license or Istimara used to be 100 Riyals. On Twitter, eMuroor has announced that driving a vehicle with an expired driving license is a traffic violation and a fine ticket value for an expired driving license could be between 300/500 SR.
